Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist specializing in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Display Advertising to join our marketing team. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing SEM and display campaigns to drive traffic, increase conversions, and achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and display advertising platforms, along with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for driving measurable results in the digital space.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement paid search and display advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and display networks, to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and landing page optimization to maximize campaign performance and ROI.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and identify optimization opportunities to improve click-through rates (CTRs), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Perform A/B testing and experiment with different ad creatives, targeting options, and bidding strategies to optimize campaign performance and achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product managers, designers, and content creators, to ensure alignment of marketing campaigns with overall marketing strategies and business goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and algorithm changes in search and display advertising, and implement new strategies and tactics to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to internal stakeholders and management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing, with a focus on search engine marketing (SEM) and display advertising, preferably in an agency or corporate setting.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads (including Search, Display, and Shopping campaigns), Bing Ads, and display advertising platforms (e.g., Display & Video 360, DV360, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Microsoft Excel) to track campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate campaign results, insights, and recommendations to internal stakeholders and management.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications in Google Ads and other relevant digital marketing platforms are a plus.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience with website analytics and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques is a plus.
