Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Organic Traffic Specialist to join our fast-growing B2C fintech start-up. The Organic Traffic Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive organic traffic through search engine optimization (SEO), social media channels, content marketing, YouTube, and community management. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing best practices, a passion for fintech and wealth management, and a proven track record of driving organic growth in a competitive online environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to improve the website's search engine visibility, rankings, and organic traffic for relevant keywords related to wealth management and personal finance.
  • Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO audits to identify opportunities for improving website performance and user experience.
  • Create and optimize content for SEO, including blog posts, articles, landing pages, and other website assets, to attract and engage target audiences and drive organic traffic.
  • Oversee content writers and SEO analysts to consistently meet monthly KPIs.
  • Manage social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram) to grow followership, increase engagement, and drive traffic to the website through organic and curated content.
  • Develop and implement a content marketing strategy to create valuable, informative, and shareable content that resonates with our target audience and drives organic traffic through social media and other channels.
  • Plan, create, and optimize video content for YouTube to educate, inspire, and engage our audience on topics related to wealth management, investing, and financial planning.
  • Engage with our online community across various platforms (e.g., forums, social media groups, online communities) to build relationships, foster discussions, and promote brand awareness and advocacy.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for organic traffic, including website traffic, keyword rankings, social media metrics, and community engagement, and provide regular reports and insights to inform decision-making and strategy refinement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, YouTube, and community management, and incorporate new strategies and tactics to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, YouTube, and community management, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry.
  • Deep understanding of SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and link building, with a track record of improving organic search rankings and traffic.
  • Strong proficiency in social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram) and experience managing social media accounts for business, including content creation, publishing, engagement, and analytics.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling, high-quality content for various digital channels, including websites, blogs, social media, and video.
  • Experience with video content creation and optimization for YouTube, including scripting, filming, editing, and optimization for search and audience engagement.
  • Proven ability to engage and manage online communities, foster discussions, and cultivate brand advocacy and loyalty.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics, SEO tools) to track and measure performance metrics and derive actionable insights.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement in digital marketing strategies and tactics.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a fintech start-up or financial services industry, preferably in a B2C environment.
  • Certifications in SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, or related digital marketing disciplines.
  • Knowledge of financial products, wealth management, investing, and personal finance topics.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and project management tools.
  • Experience with influencer marketing, partnerships, and affiliate marketing in the digital space.
