Role Overview
We are looking for product managers who are comfortable with high-volume operations, and can actively work with their tech counterparts to increase system reliability. The customer expects a highly performant app which doesn’t fail to fulfill an order once they’re placed.
Job Description
As a Platform Product Manager, you will be responsible to:
- Manage multiple systems around client onboarding, order processing, payment systems, and other third party integrations.
- Bring dependable release cadence with solid project management skills
- Measure the effectiveness of your initiatives using tools like Metabase/ Amplitude
- Work collaboratively with analysts, customer operations and engineers to execute initiatives.
- Manage the complete platform roadmap and periodically present progress to leadership.

Requirements:
- 3 - 5 years in managing platforms with a track record of getting things done
- Structured thinking and communication.
- Strong documentation skills
- History of successful collaboration with engineers to execute time-critical projects.
- Good knowledge and experience working with analytics tools, writing SQL and API fluency.
- Experience using data to drive decision-making
- Self-starter who can work independently, and bring pace and energy
Preferred but not essential:
- Understanding the Mutual Fund domain
- Experience in a product or growth-oriented role, preferably in a startup
