Job Description
Position: Service Relationship Manager
Location: Cochin, India
Industry: Wealth Management Experience: 3-4 years
Education: Bachelor's/Master’s degree (preferably in Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration) + NISM VA, XA,XB (preferred)
Language Requirements: Proficiency in Malayalam and English
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Relationship Manager to join our growing wealth management team in Cochin. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, and supporting their wealth management needs. The candidate must have strong local market knowledge and fluency in Malayalam.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Relationship Management:
o Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients.
o Address client inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure seamless service delivery.
o Proactively build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance loyalty.
2. Support Wealth Management Services:
o Assist clients with onboarding processes, KYC documentation, and account management.
o Provide guidance on wealth management products and services in collaboration with advisory teams.
o Educate clients about financial tools, products, and investment options.
3. Operational Efficiency:
o Ensure timely and accurate execution of transactions and service requests.
o Coordinate with internal teams to deliver client solutions effectively.
o Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools.
4. Market Knowledge and Local Engagement:
o Leverage local insights to understand client needs and preferences.
o Engage in networking activities to identify potential opportunities and deepen community connections.
Qualifications and Requirements
1. Education: Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Experience: 3-4 years of experience in client servicing, wealth management, or financial services. Proven track record in managing client relationships effectively.
3. Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. o Proficiency in Malayalam and English is mandatory. Familiarity with wealth management tools and CRM software is an advantage.
4. Residency: Candidate must be a resident of Cochin and have a solid understanding of the local market.
