Key Responsibilities

• Act as a Center of Excellence, providing in-depth knowledge and expertise on financial products to Relationship Managers (RMs) during solution design for clients.
• Collaborate with the Financial Product team to develop customized solutions aligned with client needs and business objectives.
• Conduct comprehensive market and product analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the financial sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by demonstrating exceptional communication and sales capabilities.
• Support the sales team in achieving revenue and profitability targets.
• Provide training and guidance to internal teams, enhancing their understanding of financial product offerings.
• Collect and analyze feedback from clients and RMs to suggest improvements in product features and positioning.
• Qualifications & Skills
• 5–7 years of experience in a financial products role, preferably in the Asset Management Company (AMC) sector.
• Strong sales aptitude with a proven ability to engage clients and drive product adoption.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of financial products, market dynamics, and client solutioning.
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment and provide strategic inputs at the product level.
