We are seeking a results-oriented and strategic Growth Marketing Manager to lead our client acquisition initiatives through impactful outreach campaigns and webinar-led content marketing. This role will own the entire lifecycle of multi-channel campaigns, drive webinar-led acquisition end-to-end, manage brand reputation across digital touchpoints, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver measurable growth outcomes.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Webinar-Led Acquisition Strategy

Own end-to-end webinar management as a key growth and content marketing channel, including:

  • Speaker & topic finalization, and upgrading deck theme & pitch.
  • Video & creative production: Oversee shoot coordination for video ads, creating videos from raw files, image ads & copywriting, text ads, QR code & link setup.
  • Oversee Landing page creation and complete flow setup 
  • Campaign orchestration for event reminders and webinar community management.
  • Execution management: webinar hosting, chat/Q&A moderation, poll management, etc.
  • Maintain P&L for this channel with complete ownership of business metrics.

Client Outreach & Campaign Automation

  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel client acquisition and engagement campaigns via email, WhatsApp, SMS, and push notifications.
  • Leverage automation tools such as MoEngage, WebEngage, Zepic, etc., to build targeted journeys and lifecycle campaigns.
  • Collaborate with product, design, content, and analytics teams to segment audiences and personalize communication.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing or growth roles.
  • Proven experience managing marketing automation platforms (MoEngage, WebEngage or equivalent).
  • Strong strategic thinking with hands-on ability to execute and optimize.
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal – with a knack for crafting user-facing content.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Data-driven decision-making and familiarity with campaign analytics tools.

Preferred:

  • Experience in fintech, consumer tech, or subscription-driven businesses.
  • Prior ownership of app acquisition/reviews or app store optimization is a plus.
  • Familiarity with webinar platforms and martech automation ecosystems.
