Job Description
Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our Platform Team. The ideal candidate will
have strong data analysis capabilities, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to
collaborate effectively with multiple functions including operations, customer support, and
engineering. Strong documentation skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyse and interpret data to provide actionable insights for platform improvements.
Understand system workflows and contribute to optimising processes.
Troubleshoot platform issues and work closely with development teams to implement
solutions.
Collaborate with operations, customer support, and other functions to ensure
seamless platform performance.
Document processes, workflows, and troubleshooting procedures in a clear and
concise manner.
Gather and analyse requirements for new features and enhancements.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and support the rollout of new platform
features.
Requirements:
2 years of relevant experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
Excellent documentation skills with a keen eye for detail.
Structured thinking and communication
Experience using data to drive decision-making
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software like SQL / Excel.
Preferred but not essential:
Experience in the fintech or wealth management industry.
