M&A Program Manager
Location: Bangalore

Function: Corporate Development / Mergers & Acquisitions
Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated M&A Program Manager to join our Corporate Development team. The ideal candidate will support due diligence, and post-acquisition integration efforts. You will work cross-functionally with business, legal, product, and operations teams to execute strategic acquisitions that accelerate Scripbox’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute on the end-to-end integration roadmap, including workstreams, timelines, milestones, and interdependencies.
- Establish a governance structure (steering committees, cadence of reviews, decision-making protocols).
- Orchestrate collaboration across all key teams and Ensure that each workstream has clarity on objectives, deliverables, and metrics.
- Identify interdependencies and resolve cross-team conflicts or blockers.
- Work with business leaders to quantify, track, and report synergies
- Flag deviations and drive corrective actions.
- Create and execute a change management strategy to support employee transitions.
